1. Original Passport with the validity more than 6 months

2. Two Photos with white background

3. One visa Application Form (Download here)

4. Invitation Letter from Cambodia

5. Cambodian company Registration Certificate copy

6. Cambodian company Income Tax (PATENT Tax 2025)

7. Confirm Air Ticket

s. Covid 19 vaccination certificates of both doses

9. Cover letter with details the purpose of visit and itinerary addressed to the Honorary Consul

10. Approval from Ministry of Labour (if for employment)

11. Provide an attested 3-month bank statement

HOW TO APPLY

You can apply for a visa using the following options:

1. Apply in person

Processing time: 3 to 5 working days. Please observe business hours. Please call us or email us to book an appointment to apply for a visa at the Consulate.

2. Apply by post

Processing time: 5 working days

The applicant can apply for his/her visa application by post, but the Consulate does not take responsibility for the loss of documents in transit. Therefore, we  would urge the applicant to use a certified mail service with a tracking number to check on the delivery status of the applications and passports sent to the Consulate.

The applicants need to book a collection service from the local company to collect their passports from the Consulate and return to their address. Any postal costs shall be borne by the applicant.
